Pros
- They are nice in the interviews - They provide cookies around holidays as “appreciation” treats - Summer hours on Fridays - Week off between Christmas and New Years - Most of the employees (there are about 13 people working there total) are kind and are the only thing that makes being there somewhat tolerable
Cons
- Very high turnover rates - Severely underpaid - Make tons of promises and then gaslight you when they don’t make good on those promises - Tend to hire people that they can scam into low salaries and then fire them (usually within the first 90 days) when they don’t meet the boss’s unreasonable standards - They say they have training, but they don’t - They instill fear into their employees so you feel like you can’t take breaks, need to work long hours, and bend over backwards for them - No work/life balance - Environment makes you feel on edge and like you can’t talk without getting a look or a nasty comment back - Rarely give you your full bonus because of silly reasons they come up with to withhold money from you
