Great group of people. Exposure to the whole business from A to Z-- no office was more than maybe 50 feet from the warehouse. Opportunity to learn about providing top-flight, personalized customer care.
Cons
Some of the in-house technology was dated and needed upgrading, but we couldn't invest in that b/c the business was getting squeezed by larger companies with less overhead on one end and boutique high-end personalization providers at the other.
this company is a job only. Once you learn the job (3mos tops) pretty much you can do your own thing.
Cons
Small e-commerce company. Managers about 4 of them stick to themselves and they treat everyone else terribly. Also there is no room for advancement. Your ideas are never valued. The turn around for hiring people is very high. Also partly do to the economy, the company is always sending the warehouse staff home early. The pay is horrible compared to similar jobs in the industry.
