      You don't work nights weekends and holidays

      Where to start. Pay and promotions are by favorites and not by how much you put in. It never moves forward as a company because she can't decide what she wants and stick to it. The rules change daily! I've never been as miserable working anywhere else.

      Pros

      The warehouse has an air conditioner in summer and heat in winter. The orders are easy to process and the products are so fun. I love our morning meetings. Everyone is like family here. If you want to advance, just tell management and they will cross-train you in other jobs. The more you learn the higher your pay.

      I can't think of any. So much better than my last job.
