Pros

My co-workers were the only positive thing that came out of this role. We all dealt with the same terrible management so I never felt alone throughout my time at the company.

Cons

From day one there were so many red flags. The training team was absolutely awful and literally taught us nothing about how the need to do our jobs. I say "we" because I talked to my other co-workers about their training experience and they told me they experienced the same thing. Each manager has a completely different way of managing their teams, one manger will tell you that you did something right while another would tell you that you're doing it wrong. They do not reward or recognize people that excel in their roles. My job was to set meetings, and even if I set 3 meetings in a day (which was very high) I would get in trouble for not making 65 dials. I would literally get in trouble for hitting my quota by making less calls and doing my job more effetely than others. When I asked other co-workers of mine if they experienced the same thing they said that they were. I had a friend who got thrown from one department to another and because she didn't hit quota within her first month in a new department she got fired unexpectedly. So many people in the company are unhappy and they constantly talk with one another because the managers don't listen. Before I left I tried talking to my manager about my experience and she abruptly ended the call within answering my questions. Worst place I have ever worked at by far.
