      Pros

      Very high hiring standards mean that everyone is smart and intelligent , but without alot of overblown egos. No idea is rejected based on who comes up with it, even junior engineers. The dedication to volunteering and charitable work across the company is great.

      Cons

      The pace of development and release cycles is very high. Not much downtime. Decisions are sometimes made very quickly.
