Pros
Cool merch and licensing if you are into pop culture and fandoms it's pretty cool to see what goes into your fav products at the store and the process behind it. Cool coworkers it's nice chatting with people also into that stuff. Staff of diverse backgrounds which is nice. Work location is good near the mall. I see they do like to promote from within which is nice.
Cons
The work culture and business is toxic and full of politics, favouritism and straight up nepotism as it as a family owned and operated business. If someone in the family doesn't like you, you unfortunately become a target as there are family/friends within all levels of the business. If you are too social it's a problem unless you are well liked. Cannot be opinionated and share feedback on processes. No work from home (7 days for the year at management approval) and low salaries. Low trust work environment, it's like you are guilty until proven innocent, so you are always in fear of making a mistake.
