      Pros

      BioVigilant offers an excellent benefits package and there are a number of very intelligent, nice people to work with.

      Cons

      As a small company you can fill a number of different roles, but there isn't significant room for advancement.

      They do offer a decent benefits package.

      Cons

      There is too much to list. Management is passive and does not provide clear direction. Morale is terrible.
