Lots of talented people but with no agency to be effective.
Cons
Leadership is stuck in the past and can't get head around that marketplace has changed and customers have moved on. Leadership wants marketing plans that cost $$$ like they used to do, but budgets are only $ and get frustrated that brand isn't invited or using top tier talent. There is a reason prior owner went bankrupt... Culture is the most toxic I have ever witnessed, like SNL sketch but unfortunately real life. Witnessed entire teams get skewered by President for not being able to read her mind. Not to mention they are in the weeds on everything down to what people leave on their desks. No room to disagree, no respect for work life balance.. that is seen as a lack of committment. Lots of mean girl energy with regular "X can you stay in meeting a minute longer.." only to find out later via emails that someone did not like your idea, presentation, timeline, numbers, etc. I did not meet one person who liked working there.. not one! If they decide you arent the right fit, you will be actively targetted with unrealistic expectations then criticized for not meeting them. I saw multiple coworkers cry. I would never recommend anyone work there
