      Pros

      Challenging work but management ensures you are not overloaded Great benefits and fair pay. Company and upper management is very transparent about any small and large decisions made. It is so nice to have that open dialogue. Amazing colleagues! Everyone gets along so well and is always willing to help one another.

      Pros

      Great (perm) job until it wasn’t. Once objectives were met, they let me go with not as much as a thank you. Lots of politics for such a small little place. If your junior in your experience, don’t bother.

      Cons

      Does not have key department, HR for example. Very junior staff climbing the ladders quick! If you don’t bring your A game every minute of the day, it will be noted. Clickish culture.
