Pros

No pros these guys don't have any pros to share

Cons

1 . The managers are unprofessional do not have any communication sense 2. They just hire and fire you within 1 month where a person does not even understand how to work in that environment in one month these buggers expect you to achieve targets from day 1. 3. Training employees for them is for 1 day where you have to learn everything within 1 day. 4. Office politics to the core no professional or personal boundaries 5. No role clarity , they change your kpi's like they are changing clothes.

Pros

Biorev is a company that is in constant growth and provides many opportunities. -This company provides constant communication, listen to and consider new ideas, and continually encouraging growth both personal and professional. -This company understands work-life balance and actually respects that. -The culture is conducive to creating leaders and provides great mentorship and support that is needed. -Our clients are top leaders in their industry, and we get the opportunity to support them with their growth. -Our company is doing great things and we have strong initiatives in place to make an incredible impact on the way business is done across the globe.

Cons

No company is perfect. While we grow, there are things that are evolving (updating processes, technology, formalizing procedures) that come along with any growing company. It's important to not get hung up on what's wrong, but rather its opportunity and possibility for growth. With this growth is an opportunity to define the future and what role you choose to play in it. That mindset is rewarded at Biorev.

Pros

If you enjoy the freedom of working from home, then Biorev could be a good fit for you. They are currently hiring full-time Sales & Marketing Specialists.

Cons

The only downside that I found (which is not a downfall for others) is that when you’re working on the sales team you’re a contract employee.
