Unethical company run by unstable MD - Manager Bioneeds Employee Review

Unstable MD who runs the company and takes decisions based on his mood. No designated profile for any employee. Treats employees very badly with yelling and abusive words. Reporting is changed without asking the employee. It's stressful not to know what profile will be designated to the employee each day. Micromanagement to an extreme level. The quality of the work also seems to be bad. False promises are given to the employee before joining and have not been fulfilled. Bioneeds is not a employee friendly company. I would never suggest anyone to apply there.
