- High turnover, people let go through reorganization or attrition. A lot of lost knowledge and talent - Disorganization and poor communication at times - There’s a sentiment that executive management cares little about the employees - This is one of those places that you have to hit the ground running. There’s very little training in many positions. Expectations are unclear at the start. There’s an effort to improve this, but as of now it’s very sink or swim. Some see this as a challenge, others see it as unnecessary added stress to the already stressful situation of starting a new position.
