      Pros

      -Company holds to it's values -Great collaborations between teams -People always willing to help -Great benefits -Lots of extra perks, like extra days off, company shutdown, wellness days. -Great compensation package -Learned a lot and was allowed to grow

      Cons

      Management was very disconnected from projects. Often when it came to business objectives, which was why they were owners of the project, they were not available. InfoSec is particularly susceptible to this. Management was spread incredibly thin across way too many major projects, and couldn't provide the necessary leadership and oversight. This puts a huge strain on the project teams, as they have to make assumption and caused a ton of rework without changing the targets dates. I would have to work many extra hours trying to compensate. The constant pressure to deliver, while constantly being behind schedule, quickly led to burnout. They have bitten off more than they can chew, and it shows in the satisfaction of the employees. They are overworked, strained, and many have left in a short period of time.

      Pros

      The benefits package is strong and competitive, which adds a lot of overall value. There are many internal departments and career paths, making it relatively easy to explore new roles and grow within the company. On-site cafeteria is a convenient and appreciated perk. Many colleagues are highly experienced and have been with the company and industry for years, making them great resources for learning and mentorship.

      Cons

      Promotion policies can be limiting—there seems to be an informal rule that prevents employees from being promoted more than once in a year, even for high performers. Salary could be more competitive compared to market rates. Equipment and internal systems feel outdated and could benefit from modernization to improve efficiency.
