The product itself is worth the investment.
Cons
The atmosphere at BioWave stems from the Top. There is the mentality amongst employees that senior staff is only out for themselves and they have little regard for the employees who make it happen day to day. The senior staff should take an ENTIRE semester on leadership and maybe learn how to lead personnel. There are numerous individuals in key leadership positions that have NO business doing what they do. Wrong person/wrong seat.
