Cool coworkers but lacking boundaries, and poor leadership - Electrical Assembler BioSITE Systems Employee Review

Some of the people are weirdly clingy. They're desperate to get too close to you too fast and lack boundaries. People would get funny with you for not having lunch in the canteen, which is currently the reception with no facilities. Some people lack social skills and don't know how to act around others. People constantly come up to you and give you advice you didn't ask for. Much of it doesn't make any sense. Leadership is all over the place. You don't have all the drawings you need, and there is no effort to make them. One guy had a grudge against me for no reason and refused to add me to the system so I could clock in and out every day. You'd be set up to fail as the training is mediocre. Minimum wage for a job that deserves more. There is nowhere to go.
