Pros
I am really trying to think of something positive...most of the departments work incredibly hard to get meds out to patients on time. Middle management works hard, but it is the locked door people that are the problem ultimately. If you are right out of college I suppose this wouldn't be a bad first job.
Cons
There are some people at the top that might not know particular segments that they play in and expectations are not realistic. Some reps have been there a long time and run things. You won't know whom to trust so it is best to work hard and stay on the phones and not gossip. They are hiring a lot of young people right out of college because you can get them for cheap.
