Good health care. Good co-workers. Good boss. Stable company overall. Like the job duties, not boring and monotonous.

Pay, overworked and understaffed. Have been working for 18 years at company, every year get excellent reviews but not much in job growth, promotions. Job can be a little stressful because of the nature of my job and also the amount to complete
