Competitive but rewarding - Sales Bio Hazard Employee Review

The people here are really great. I've been at other companies with lots of gossip, backstabbing and toxic culture. At Bio, everyone is very friendly to each other and a very positive environment.

Lacked some structure since I have been here last few months but they do seem to be getting better. Also they just started an internal contest for Dodgers vs yankees tickets which I thought was pretty cool.

I've been employed with this company for a little over a year. So I think I'm qualified to give an accurate review. I've worked for far worse places that was completely dis-orgaznized and dis-respectful, so having structure here is pretty good for a small company. From some of these other reviews, I'm kinda wondering if they have the wrong company. Cussing? .... No one has ever cussed at me here. Period. Homeless people? ... I work in the corporate location in Commerce.....I've never seen homeless people here. My manager, Priscilla, has always treated me with respect. They have full health benefits with dental and life insurance too, which really helps when you have 2 young kids who are constantly getting sick. Overall, I like really like working here. My co-workers are really sweet and we work collaboratively to help each other when we have family emergencies. AND no one steals your food in the shared refrigerator!

Gossiping.....just don't it people! It's hurtful and usually un-true
