Too many managers, leads, supervisor

Excellent people to work with, work life balance is exceptional, time off is great, job duties are enjoyable. The best part about Bingham County is the co-workers. There are some great individuals that will provide a very enjoyable workplace.

Pay raises are minimal and infrequent. Salaries seem to be approximately 15% lower than salaries in sister counties for similar positions. Salaries are not likely to increase in the near future. Also, there seems little financial recognition for individual efforts.
