It has no corporate culture at all, most of the time you had to work like a robot not even been able to answer your cell phone or talk with a colleague. Learning and development opportunities do not exist. Employee rotation is very high.

Poor leadership Poor communication between the company and employees Really old and bad methodologies to control productivity They do remodeling of te office while you are working there A guy got electrocuted while changing the lamps. And another one almost got hit by a electrical tube that came off while working on his computer
