Since the company only has about 15 workers on-site, you are able to really understand what is going on day in a day out. You are able to attend morning meetings and get cc'd on emails between clients and the company.

Everybody is on a time crunch so asking questions about your tasks could be challenging since people are constantly hard at work.
One co-owner is awesome. Team minus one is great to work with.

Not great pay and very demanding. One principal owner is VERY difficult and lacks communication unless its negative and will cuss at you and belittle you for ANY mistakes.
