There’re rises and downs, frequent rotations of hot products. Not easy for everyone to catch up the latest trends and developments
Will be interesting to see more traditional financial product integration ie. Stocks, Commodities, RWAs, ETFs
Not everyone fit into the remote work environment and not a typical type of 9 to 6 office work. With increasingly more complex processes, hierarchies, tools, products and regulations, it could be very challenging for new joiners to adopt and get fully onboarded. On-boarding training may not be as organised and structured as large corporations, making it difficult to get the right candidate
