Company is growing very fast - you need to be excellent and motivated to keep up - not the place to sit comfortably and wait for opportunities - you work for it and you get rewarded. (I don't really see this as a Con myself but it could be for certain people)

Wonderful work environment, good benefits, and great work experience.

The only con would be the pay compensation
