Re: Culture
We work to support our teams and create a strong cultural identity within Bilue. Notwithstanding the professional development we continuously offer, as well as the various Slack channels which (especially whilst working remotely) offer a place for our teams to support each other and connect. Some of these include virtual games nights, a cooking club, communities of practice as well as personal networking channels. We work to build a sense of family in our teams and support that in our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Our attrition rate is currently sitting at 7.5%. 23 of our current 55 staff members have been here for between 1-8 years and up until a year ago, our business ran with approximately 30 people. A positive result of more businesses want to go mobile during the pandemic means we've won a lot of new business, and have therefore increased the team by another 25 people (including People & Culture, leadership and sales staff.
Hence why it may seem as though we have a lot of new staff - because we do! But based on the attrition rates, most are sticking with us in these exciting times.
