My interview and onboarding experience with Bilue has been genuinely impressive. The recruitment team was clear, responsive, and professional at every step—communication was fast, expectations were well explained, and the interviewers created a very comfortable environment to talk through my experience. I really appreciated the conversational, technical-depth-focused interview style, which felt collaborative rather than adversarial.
The onboarding process has also been excellent. I received all required information promptly, the pre-onboarding steps through HiBob were easy to complete, and everyone I interacted with was welcoming and helpful. Bilue has a very people-first culture, and it genuinely shows from day one.
