      - The team is young and dynamic - They leave a lot of space for personal initiatives - Everyone is very accessible - Concept of hierarchy is not present - No bureaucracy - Very competitive compensation

      - If you're the type of person that needs to be told what to do and how to do things, you will probably go through a transition period.

      - Work Life Balance: Youre requred to make at least 70 calls a day

      Cons

      -Horrible management system. Completly disregarding employee motivations. Upper management with unrealistic goals given the stage of the product. Very high turnover

      Pros

      Billdr is young with a high pace. Things move fast in every department, Innovation and flat hierarchy are the rules at Billdr. The company gives you OKR every quarter but it's up to you to decide how you will achieve your goals. Manager reviews happen every month and they give transparency. It's a great place if you have an independent free mind who likes a big challenge. However, Billdr offers great work/life balance and great compensation.

      Cons

      You can sometimes feel on your own. Up to you if you like indepence or follow a strict plan.
