Pros

A family owned business that takes care of their employees by listening to any advise There is a constant drive for improvement by management to make a difference in the lives of their employees and the local communities Each location is a little family and does a good job working together There is a competitive pay scale with paid time off for vacations and holidays

Cons

Sometimes during the big snow storms you have to come in to clean snow off cars, but honestly how rough is it to spend time outside where a perfectly aimed snowball makes everyone laugh The car business can be difficult and it is not for every one

Safety is a focus goal for our new HR manager and our CEO. He has shut down operations when the weather has posed a serious concern for our employees safety traveling. We hope to continue to make changes regarding safety throughout this year and into the future.

Pros

Bill Dodge Auto Group truly is the difference. We haven’t lost sight of the “family owned” aspect. We truly take care of the customers and that has always been my goal. As an employee I feel valued and appreciated. The Dodges care about their employees, especially the ones who’ve been with the group a long time. Many of the benefits offered are excellent including PTO for sales.

Cons

There are no cons. It’s a large group with a lot of moving parts.

Pros

Overall good spot to learn the car business. Leadership/management always has good tenure in the business, makes for a good support environment where possible. The company Christmas party is quite fun. Building connections with your showroom team. Strong preference to hire from within for management roles when they come up. Decent market area.

Cons

Not much in-house recurring skills training to succeed. Most improvement of sales skills requires you to build additional skills on your own. 4 days of instructed training upon onboarding.
