      Working in a corporate company, having good references (in terms of the companies they do business with) and being a good first step, offering the opportunity to work remotely

      Cons

      very bad salaries, inappropriate interim raises and constant delaying tactics, huge turnover and therefore an unimproving work environment

      - remote work. - flexible working hours. - it's good place to start your career but you have to change it in the future.

      - No support for self-improvement - Terrible management as I said - Awful code base - Awful salary - There are many developers who write code without knowing what they are doing.
