Good company - Finance Manager Bilcare Employee Review

• The expectations are high • Not always enough people for the amount of work that is expected (I think this is being addressed)

good if you wanted only part time work and wanted to take off any day you wanted. the company is good for experience in the pharmacy world. the employees were awesome. and the job was not hard to do. if you needed time for vacation, they would let you take weeks off and come back with out any problems..if you need a job, bilcare is definately a place i would work at again, you just have to put up with minor things. your just not going to make it far into management but for an easy part time job, its perfect.

if you were a temp. employee, they would call you the day before if they needed you and they would call you the night before to tell you they didnt need you. so if you are dependant on the 40 hours of work, its highly likely you wouldnt get it. and if this is you find something else...
