Bikmo is small team so as with working in any SME you are often wearing a lot of hat and want to get stuck into to everything. You need to prioritise and focus on a few things at once. Although this sits within the Cons section, the fact that as a team there are so many great ideas around is amazing and shows just how involved and passionate the team are in making a difference.

Bikmo is a team of caring and passionate people from the top down and I really get a sense that everyone wants to make a difference and do a good job. It has a very progressive sense of managing a business whilst empowering and trusting its team. As a company, it is what is says it is. Bikmo doesn't just say it cares about the planet: it lives and breathes caring about the planet. Bikmo doesn't say it's ambitious: it has clear goals and relentlessly strives to achieve them. Bikmo says we're a bunch of like-minded individuals: we ride bikes together! It is a company who is not weighted down in bureaucracy, is fast paced and exciting as well as a company who offers genuine flexible working.

With it being a very remote based based team, it can sometimes feel that you don't stay as informed as you might want to be. It is fast paced and slightly understaffed but this can add to the appeal as no two days are the same.
