Pros
Ultimate flexibility. You can choose how many hours you work each week (30 or 35) and you have control over when you work those hours and when you break and for how long. So much freedom to fit work in with your life. Paid overtime is a new added benefit so that those that want to increase their earnings can easily do so. They now have a well-being coach to assist with mental health issues, which is great.
Cons
It's busy, but then that does make the day go quickly.
