-Still have some weeding out of middle management to be done -Pay needs to be upped comparatively, we simply do not make enough -Our HR department needs more HR qualified people and less friends hired by friends, though this is improving -Little job growth opportunities -No commuter benefits -Outgrown office space -Could use more team outings, especially on teams who don't get to have them often -Can be detrimental to work/life balance as most of the company is full of people who work way too much. There is pressure to be the same way. -No learning or training opportunities
