Cons
Because we work 3 to 4 days in the office and the other 1 to 2 from home we don't do staff drinks on Fridays ! In saying that we often go for nice lunches together so that sort of makes up for it.
Big Wave Digital is quite unique and probably not for everyone, if you want to work in a flexible, high performance , no kpi driven environment - you know where we are.
