Competitive management wages for the industry.
Cons
Continually being advised by shareholders to reduce hours and then they wonder when they actually shop in a store why, no one is around to help them. Maybe one of those shareholders or CEO's might like to see a healthy 23 year old ruin their backs on one fireplace carry out because there is literally no one else in the building to help, but I sure don't.
