      Pros

      Good pay, good bonuses, a lot of really good people work at Big Joe. Growing company, with a lot of potential, for the right person.

      Cons

      You take the good with the bad. Good pay and bonuses raises the question of "is this worth it?" The answer, for me, is NO. Leaving Big Joe was like getting out of a bad relationship, very bitter sweet. People can only hear how bad of a job they are doing so many times before they actually stop caring and trying. Public humiliation is specialty of one of the owners, and if he didn't agree with you, the whole company knew about it. It was an issue for MANY employees, and the solution was to not take anything personal, and they are "working on it"

      Your time and Energy and Effort you applied at Big Joe was incredible. To see you Take on multiple challenges and balance your life was great inspiration for many of us. Your notes and comments are also " bitter Sweet" for myself, as I have and always will strive to create the most efficient and effective environment for People to Succeed and play their positions to support the Field Team engaging with the clients, and yes we do have some of the challenges which are brought about due to a few people wanting to service the client at the highest level, but at times not expressing it in a solutions based format which allows for improvement from all sides with the client as the focus and the people who can do this. We do wish you the best of luck

      Good environment, friendly crews, nice break room. Working alongside Rod and his family has been a tremendous experience!

      Cons

      Not enough snacks in said back room.

      Pros

      Working with the mid-level directors and managers along with the team of dedicated, exceptional employees.

      Cons

      The executive team seriously need to reflect among themselves and determine if what they're doing is the right course of action for the organization. There is a member of the executive that bully and harass other team members and this individual is not being reprimanded for their unprofessional behavior even with HR and the mid-level management team providing concrete examples and recommendations to fix the situation. There is no set direction for sustainable growth in the organization. Policies and procedures are constantly changing outside of HR. It's amazing this company is still operating.
