Pros
With a 10 percent match on 401k and a free retirement after lifelong commitment to the company it doesn’t seem to bad . Big G gives out safety bonuses for good driving and safe driving. They make sure it’s before Christmas as well. That’s huge . Also their ELD system is state of the art . I never seen anything like this . I’m still new to this place but so far so good.
Cons
Even knowing the company is employee owned I feel like allot of money is being funneled into company acquisitions and quite possibly retirement and it’s not horrible thing. But with that being said I think when or if upper management begins thinking about NOW for the drivers it will be better . Also dentition system needs to be looked up and updated with national average payouts . Not sitting 24 hours for free . That kinda is demoralizing to anyone.
