Pros
The people at Bidscale are incredibly intelligent, curious, and hard-working. The talent density is astounding. I loved the team and the people I got to work with and learn from. Company travel and perks were very generous.
Cons
Do not expect a work-life balance. I worked 70+ hour weeks for months just to get laid off with absolutely no recognition. The company travel and perks are just a way to make you feel like they care about work-life balance and culture. The CEO is a narcissist who takes zero accountability for his actions. He'd rather point the finger at anyone else than take an ounce of accountability. He lacks decision-making skills and will put the blame on others for his poor decisions. If something isn't done exactly his way, he will come up with any reason to discredit your hard work. Not really the type of environment to innovate or pitch ideas. There is a complete lack of trust and transparency from upper leadership here. Working at this company was traumatic.
