All employment and salary offerings, company policies, and any other items relating to an employee’s position with us is always provided in writing in full, and we provide all employees with personal copies of this information, as well as maintaining copies in our records. We do apologize if any terms of your employment were not communicated to you in a way that left you with complete understanding. Depending on when you were with BFS, you are probably aware that we have recently restructured the company to be able to offer more specific and specialized products to our clients and to the market place.
