Pros
Having spent 4 years at Beyonk, I’ve seen the company evolve significantly. One of the biggest strengths is the people, there’s a genuinely supportive and collaborative culture, and you get to work with smart, driven individuals who care about what they’re building. The company operates in an interesting niche (experiences and travel tech), which means the work is varied and often quite creative compared to more traditional SaaS businesses. There is also a good level of ownership; if you’re proactive, you can have a real impact on product and direction rather than just executing tasks and managing clients. Flexibility and trust are also strong points. There’s an understanding that people work differently, and autonomy is generally respected.
Cons
Like many growing companies, processes and priorities can shift quickly, which can be challenging, but it keeps it interesting.
