Pros
Good Pay: When a project comes, there's too much OT and sometimes it can go beyond 100 hours a month. They will pay you. Learn nothing but the same thing every day.
Cons
Can't see any future in this company. Really bad management, HR will out of hand, very hard to communicate with them. They will left everything on your team lead. 1st day you will be assign with your job, with no guidance. Straight away come to production line. No traning at all. Too many toxic in working culture. Manager will only listen to favourable lead. Has no good leadership, he able to terminate people in 24hrs without valid reason.
