I have been working at Beyondly for 6 months now and I am really enjoying the experience. I feel like I can be my authentic self at work, and I love the fact that staff morale and wellbeing is a real priority. I am fortunate enough to work in an incredibly dynamic and supportive team that strives to produce best-in-class content for our audience and organise impactful events. Beyondly is a place where you can truly thrive in your role, and I hope I can continue working here for many years to come. The location is also stunning which is a massive bonus!
Cons
You can sometimes be given certain tasks to perform without a lot of prior training, but it's a great way to learn and grow, so this is not a negative for me at all.

If you’re looking for a Marketing role and you’re keen to learn and develop, Beyondly is a fantastic place to be. The Marketing management team is amazing. They are supportive, encouraging, and really committed to helping you do your best work in a positive, collaborative environment.

There can be a high workload at times, which can be challenging, especially if you find juggling multiple tasks difficult. That said, the team is really supportive and will help you put practical measures in place to manage your workload and prioritise effectively.
