We strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where all employees feel valued and heard, holding weekly drop-in sessions with our Talent & Culture team and quarterly surveys for employees to provide their anonymous feedback on our initiatives, management team and working environment. All employees all partake in annual Review & Strategy days with the opportunity to influence the future direction of the business, with Senior Management Team meeting minutes being visible throughout the business for all to review.
As a Real Living Wage certified employer, we are committed to paying our team fairly with a wage that covers the true cost of living. Annual salary benchmarking is carried out with the inflation rate guiding any annual increases to pay.
Our flexible working initiative is available to all employees from 3 months, allowing everyone the same opportunity to structure their weekly hours in line with their own personal work-life balance, with a view to then work the time back when best suits them. Any permanent flexible working requests are considered based on the needs of the department and any potential impact (both positive and negative) that a change in working pattern for any individual within that team would bring.
