Pros
Overstock.com is a great place to learn quickly about eCommerce. Most people who work here are easy to get along with. The health benefits are above and beyond what most other employers are willing to do.
Cons
Many times it seems that the 'popular' people are promoted, or others who are just 'yes-men.' Also, experience within Overstock.com is not as valued as much as job experience else where. I understand that some projects need a fresh look, but when the new employee is hired with 40% more salary, and has the same skills and experience, that's insult. Especially when I have to train the new employee.
