We also want to assure you that Beyond Finance recognizes hard work. Our bonus structure is highly competitive, and above market, and we believe in rewarding our team for hard work. We’ve noticed many other organizations don’t even have a bonus structure for Customer Service, and we are proud that we stand out differently by not only having an over the market base pay, but also a bonus structure on top of that – we’ve had many staff comment that Beyond Finance’s highly competitive pay is unheard of. Our employee benefits are also highly competitive. We have a large population of staff that is continually and consistently hard working, and we are proud to offer such highly competitive pay and benefits.
We are proud to employ relatives and friends within the guidelines of most organizations. Our policy does not allow family members to supervise other family members.
