Pros
You'll meet creative, fun co-workers. Snacks? Irrelevant during COVID.
Cons
So, see the headline... This is an agency that is sadly, devolving. Unfortunately, they will resort to saying anything to a client in order to close a sale. Meeting with the account or management team at Beyond would lead you to believe that they can do anything. UX? Done. Content? Yep. Strategy? Of course. Data analysis? Back of hand. Magic? Look! We all made wands! Behind the scenes it's a skeleton crew of overworked, un-empowered, unappreciated, underpaid creatives and product people who work double, play multiple roles, and/or fake it till they make it in order to make the company a buck and to keep themselves employed. Don't be fooled by the grandiose company vision in the interview or, if you decide to join, the company meetings. They have no idea what they want to be as a company this year just as they didn't know last year or the year before. The vision will change drastically and you might find yourself convinced that this time it'll be different, this time it'll change. It won't. It will not. Oh! If you're a creative, be prepared to be laid off. When it's trimming time you're on the chopping block, not management. But, rest assured that your fellow employees will let you know if you're on the list. Management typically has zero idea that their firing info has been leaked by... other management people... so you'll at least get a few days notice before it happens.
