Pros

Beyond is a fantastic place to work. When people ask me what my favourite part of the job is, my answer is always the same 'the people'. From teammates to senior leaders, everyone is genuinely supportive and approachable. Autonomy is a real part of how the business operates; you're trusted to get on with your work, which makes for a much more motivated and productive environment. The flexibility Beyond offers is something I genuinely can't overstate. As someone with a young family, being able to work in a way that fits around my life not the other way around has been a game changer. Beyond invests in long-term career growth, I joined in an administration role and have progressed significantly over the years, something that simply wouldn't have happened without the backing of the business and the people in it.

Cons

Genuinely hard to find fault. If pushed, the pace of growth and ambition at Beyond can mean things move quickly, so being comfortable with change is a must. That said, for most people that'll feel like an exciting challenge rather than a downside.

Pros

- The team here is collaborative and genuinely cares about each other. Management is approachable and encourages open communication. - With the recent acquisitions and all of the integrations necessary to merge resources and priorities -- they are open to all feedback and take it seriously. I feel like it's a team effort. - I am a relatively new hire, and I truly believe there is no ceiling to the impact one person can make to the success of the organization. I believe each persons experience is valued and it is recognized.

Cons

- Processes are constantly evolving as the company scales, which sometimes means adapting to changes in workflow.
