Cons
Low pay Very little room for advancement as they hire overseas help to do a lot of the job for a 1/4 or less of the price. Took 5 years to get cell phone reimbursement added to pay even though 80% of month usage was work related. In the end, only got $25/ month. Unorganized franchise ownership/management. Minimal training. Asking questions can get you yelled at. Taking initiative can get you yelled at. Technical questions must be answered by tech support as franchise owner usually doesn't know what the issue is but you have to ask franchise ownership BEFORE contacting tech support as tech support does not want to be bothered by lower level employees. This increases down time and franchise owner gets angry. (see above about asking questions and taking initiative. Inconsistent policies and procedures. Owner promises raises and advancements then uses mistakes made by inconsistent policies and procedures as an excuse for not giving raises. Owner texts and calls as late as 11pm at night when job ends hours earlier. No sense of personal boundaries. Inconsistent scheduling. Used and antiquated equipment is provided. Laptops are running windows 7 and 8. iPods are 4th and 5th generation.
