Better Placed are a fantastic company to work for and I can honestly say I had the best 2 years here! The culture is like no other, it’s a close knit family feel where everyone looks after eachother and enjoys coming to work. The support from the 3 owners of the business is always there and they get to know you not only in a work sense but personal life to, building a strong friendship based on trust and honesty. They have a fantastic reputation in the market and offer extensive training to enable you to do your job and become an expert within your field! The socials are always hilarious and booze filled! These guys know how to have a good time!! I wouldn’t say it’s a work hard, play harder type business but you are certainly rewarded for hard work! Having worked for other recruitment businesses I can honestly say Better Placed are one of the best. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone wanting to join a fun, professional and ethical business. The only reason I left was because I decided to travel Australia.
