Worst Company - Anonymous employee Better Communications Employee Review

I generally never write reviews, but I had to write this one so that it helps people in making a decision before they think about joining this company. Worst company to work with. Long working hours, forget your personal life completely if you plan on joining this company. The company does not care about their employees at all, forget your self-respect if you want to join this company. They charge a lot from their clients but the employees are paid very very less. The salary also comes very late. They don't even have an HR, the office boy operates as an HR, which is ridiculous. The management is very bad, I can actually say there is no management any more, It makes me want to think about how does this company even function. There is STRICTLY NO GROWTH, I repeat, NO GROWTH in any way. So do not join this company if you want a growth in your career. Once you join you will realise how smartly they fool their employees, be very careful. Think twice before you join such companies.
