The expectation is to treat the company as if it were your own while being underpaid, receiving little to no benefits and the work consumes your life, expected to complete more work then is humanly possible in the time given,. Completely understaffed and underappreciated for going above and beyond. Promote growth but don't provide the tools and training to succeed which ends up reflecting poorly on your performance so they instead hire from the "outside". The new HR department is vulgar, inappropriate and unapproachable. Extremely high turnover and systems are failing at all levels. More preoccupied with opening more stores instead of addressing these current issues.
